- $10/month: 1 entry + 1 bonus entry, 10% off our online store (2 total entries accumulating each month).
- $20/month: 2 entries + 2 bonus entries, 10% off our online store, partner savings, and discounts (4 total entries accumulating each month).
- $30/month: 3 entries + 3 bonus entries, 15% off our online store, partner savings, and discounts (6 total entries accumulating each month).
- $40/month: 4 entries + 4 bonus entries, 15% off our online store, partner savings, discounts, and exclusive offers via email (8 total entries accumulating each month).
- $50/month: 5 entries + 5 bonus entries, 20% off our online store, partner savings, discounts, and exclusive offers via email (10 total entries accumulating each month).
- $80/month: 8 entries + 8 bonus entries, 30% off our online store, partner savings, discounts, exclusive offers via email, and event invitations (selected events) (16 total entries accumulating each month).
- $100/month: 10 entries + 10 bonus entries, 40% off our online store, partner savings, discounts, exclusive offers via email, and event invitations to all events (20 total entries accumulating each month).
- $120/month: 12 entries + 12 bonus entries, 50% off our online store, partner savings, discounts, exclusive offers via email, and event invitations to all events (24 total entries accumulating each month).
Membership Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below or via email.
Trade Promotion
Participation in trade promotions in Perth is subject to specific rules and eligibility criteria detailed in each promotion’s terms and conditions. These promotions may include contests, sweepstakes, or other promotional activities sponsored by Barnden Motor Sports or its partners.
- Promotion Rules: Each promotion will have its own set of rules and entry requirements. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before participating. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Barnden Motor Sports (hereinafter referred to as ‘Barnden Motor Sports’ or ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) is conducting a trade promotion giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Giveaway’) for Individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participant’ or ‘Participants’ or ‘Members’ or ‘Entrants’ or ‘Them’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’ or ‘They’).

Prize draw
Winner will be drawn from a barrel on the 05/01/2025 at 18:00 AWST. Location of draw: 160 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA: https://www.instagram.com/bmsportsaus/ The winner will be contacted via telephone.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 90 days: a redraw will take place. Redraw will include all remaining names in the barrel from the original draw and will be held on the 01/02/2025 18:00 AWST. Location of redraw: https://www.instagram.com/bmsportsaus/
Notification of winners
Winners will be notified via telephone, email, and social media on the date of the draw.

All other states (WA, VIC, NT, TAS, QLD): no permit required, or no permit required where permits have been approved in other states for the same trade promotion.
Terms & Conditions of entry
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms & conditions (Terms of entry). The Terms must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of entry.
- Method of entry
- The participants are required to purchase one of our packages www.bmsports.com.au and/ or via the links we provide on our social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, tiktok, snapchat, YouTube ) or via phone call
- Purchasing of a package will automatically enter them into the current giveaway. These packages are provided by us on all our advertisements, social media platforms and via contacting us directly. See our website for details on our packages: www.bmsports.com.au
- All purchases of packages are final and non-refundable.
- Conditions of entry
Entry to the trade promotion giveaway is open to Australian residents in all eligible states/ territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older.
Participants can enter the giveaway given that:
- They agree to the terms and conditions of the giveaway AND
- They are an eligible entrant over the age of 18 who enter in accordance with the terms of conditions of entry AND

4 Prize draw event and notification of winners

- The winners of the giveaway will be drawn and announced live via our social media platforms at the time specified in the Schedule accompanying these terms and conditions.
- The winner will be contacted via telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted by the date specified in the Schedule a redraw will take place at the date, time and place specified in the Schedule.
- All winners will be published on our website and social media platforms.
- The draw will be scrutinised by an independent third party.
- Barnden Motor Sports aims to deliver the prize to the winner within 21 business days. This is subject to the winner’s response time, location, and availability.
- The winner will over all delivery and relevant on-road costs
- Representation and Warranties of Barnden Motor Sports
Barnden Motor Sports Warrants the following:
- The prize specified in the Schedule is owned by Barnden Motor Sports.
- The purpose of this giveaway is to promote the Barnden Motor Sports brand and bring awareness to the Barnden Motor Sports brand.
- Barnden Motor Sports do not sell raffle tickets, or any other form of ticket to enter this giveaway.
- All packages purchased will grant participants membership, which will include a specified
number of entries to the giveaway at no cost. - Entries to the giveaway are strictly only provided as promotional gifts to the members and/
or customers of Barnden Motor Sports. - Entries to the giveaway cannot be purchased and will not be sold separately.
- The giveaway can be won by any participant who purchases a package from our website, or any official link, and meets the conditions of entry.
- The giveaway is funded in whole, by Barnden Motor Sports.
- The giveaway is solely promoted by Barnden Motor Sports, ABN: 126 754 167 43.
6. Representation and warranties of the participant
The Participant represents and warrants that they shall not contact any affiliate, employee, sponsor, or partner of Barnden Motor Sports to manipulate the Giveaway results.
7. DISCLAIMER
By becoming a Member or Customer of Barnden Motor Sports the Participant agrees to enter the Giveaway and Agrees that:
i. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or in connection with the Giveaway and the promotional gifts shall be resolved individually without any form of class action.
- Any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred in entering the Giveaway, but under no circumstances will Barnden Motor Sports be responsible for any legal fees.
- Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damage and any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out of pocket expenses incurred in entering the giveaway.
- In no event will Barnden Motor Sports, their licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their advertising or promotional agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from access to, or use of, the website, electronic or computer malfunctions, or entrant participation in this giveaway, even if Barnden Motor Sports was advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Barnden Motor Sports reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Giveaway as solely determined by Barnden Motor Sports.
- If the Giveaway is compromised by non-authorised human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of BMSPORTS, that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Giveaway, BMSPORTS reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway.
- Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Barnden Moto
